    Hi.

I am working with this tutorial:
    https://startiot.telenor.com/tutorials/arduino-dev-kit-mqtt/#transform-the-pem-client-certificate

It works fine untill Transform the PEM client certificate:
    The link here is wrong:
Windows (you may have to download and install the openssl package found here):
    http://slproweb.com/download/Win64OpenSSL_Light-1_1_1d.exe

I found this link to be working: http://slproweb.com/download/Win64OpenSSL_Light-1_1_1e.exe
    Can I use this?

The next thing is, where should I put this command?
    & ‘C:\Program Files\OpenSSL-Win64\bin\openssl.exe’ rsa -inform PEM -in privkey.pem -outform DER -out privkey.dat

Could you have an option to download the certificate in DER formatdirect from the Thing?
Then we dont need all this transform prosess.

    Hi Stian,

    This is very useful input!
We will correct the dead-links. The one you provided should be OK.
The command should be executed in a terminal / command prompt. On Windows, you can open this by clicking “Start” > search for “cmd” and open “Command Prompt”.

You are also absolutely right that this transformation could be done by the MIC platform so that we wouldn’t have to transform it. PEM is usually OK, but in this case the MQTT library used requires DER formatted certificates. I will se what can be done about providing different certificate formats directly in MIC.
